Tanglewood: Meet the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Its Summer Home

After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. Simplify your travel plans by taking the Road Scholar Transfer Shuttle, offering round trip transfer to the program from HILTON BOSTON LOGAN AIRPORT. *Note: This transfer is only available to participants enrolled in Accommodation Level 1. Please call Road Scholar to make this arrangement. Day One: departing from the HILTON BOSTON LOGAN AIRPORT hotel, (One Hotel Dr, Boston, MA 02128) at 1:30PM for Pittsfield. There will be a waiting room at the hotel starting at 12:00pm. Last Day of Program: Depart Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires at 9:00 a.m. for Boston. Please do not book flights before 2:00 p.m. due to traffic. Please see more details in the "Getting There" section below.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

There are some businesses, performance venues, and restaurants on this program that may still require masks be worn indoors and check proof of vaccination to enter the buildings.
