Hawaiian Water Adventure: A Family Marine Exploration

After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

In addition to your Participant information form that you fill out online, there are additional forms which are required to attend and participate in this program. The Road Scholar Parental Consent Form is required for child participation in the program. Pacific Islands Institute liability release waiver is also required for all child participants by Pacific Islands Institute’s insurance carrier. Individual vendors may also require separate liability waivers which much be signed. The Snorkeling Equipment/General Health Questionnaire, Risk Release Form is required from all participants (adult & child). The forms do NOT need to be notarized. All forms must be returned prior to the program’s commencement to Pacific Islands Institute. DO NOT send these forms to Road Scholar Headquarters. These forms are included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.
