PLEASE NOTE:Adventure Canada requires all participants to complete an online profile which includes Adventure Canada's Terms & Conditions & Personal Information which includes medical questions & asks for boot & jacket sizes. You should do this as soon as you receive an e-mail directly from Adventure Canada stating: Submit your traveller details and complete the Terms & Conditions for your 2025 expedition in the subject line. This e-mail should be coming from guest@adventurecanada.com . Please do not delete or ignore this e-mail. Failure to complete the online profile & Terms & Conditions could jeopardize your ability to board the ship.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport in Toronto
Start of Trip: 3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 6:00 p.m. Orientation & Dinner
Getting to the site: The Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto is located in the airport. Participants can walk to the hotel via a climate controlled walkway in Terminal 3.
Your trip ends on: Thursday, October 2, 2025 in St. John's, Newfoundland at Delta St. John's Hotel & Conference Centre
End of Trip: After breakfast; 12:00 p.m. hotel check-out.
Getting to the airport: Participants that arranged their airfare through Road Scholar, and are departing on the designated departure date of the program will receive a departure transfer. Please note, if you did not book your air through Road Scholar, you will NOT be able to join a transfer. Independent travelers may take a taxi directly to the St. John's airport. The airport is approximately 6 miles from the hotel.
Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: Participants who have not purchased airfare through Road Scholar are responsible for making their own transfer arrangements from the last site at the end of the program. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details needed to make your transfer arrangements. If you wish to purchase airfare through Road Scholar, please call (800) 241-1404. Please note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.

If you purchased airfare through Road Scholar, you’ll receive a free arrival transfer to get you to your program, in addition to the already-included, complimentary departure transfer. You will receive detailed information regarding this transfer approximately three weeks prior to the program start date. If you did not purchase airfare through Road Scholar, you will be responsible for making your own way to your program.

At the end of the program, the ship will provide a complimentary transfer to all participants to the St. John's Airport. Please note that the departure transfer is only available if you travel on the program's scheduled end date. For those booking independent flights, please arrange for departure times after 1:00PM.
