After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Please bring your America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass (senior pass was formerly known as the Golden Age Passport) if you already have one. In order to be prepared for your upcoming program, we need to collect a few meal selections in advance. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please carefully review the waiver for New Wave Rafting Adventures prior to the start date of the program and reach out if you have any questions or concerns. All participants will be signing this form on-site during the program or via their on-line form link that we will provide at a later date.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.
