Please call Participant Services for your booking #. Please go to www.hollandamerica.com to register. 1. At the top of Holland America’s homepage, click on Manage my Cruise 2. Click on Check In 3. You will see Log In With Booking Number: enter your Booking # , First Name, Last Name then click on the drop down menu & pick a question to answer 4. You are now in your booking confirmation **You must print your own Holland America Luggage Tags, they are required by the ship porters so your bags can make their way safely to your ship cabin.** Once you complete your online registration, you can book drink packages & dining reservations at the alternative restaurants. Please do not book any dining reservations in the main dining room as Road Scholar has booked a group reservation for the duration of the cruise. All Field Trips are also included, so there is no need to book shore excursions.
A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

While no vaccinations are required for the destinations on this program, it's advisable to discuss your travel destination with your doctor to be sure you are up to date with routine vaccinations. Mosquito borne illnesses are not high risk in the areas you will be visiting, however it is always advisable to prevent insect bites as much as possible.
If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Start of Trip: 2:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 4:00 p.m. Orientation, followed by Welcome Dinner.

Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: Participants who have not purchased airfare through Road Scholar are responsible for making their own transfer arrangements to the first site at the beginning of the program, as well as from the last site at the end of the program. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details needed to make your transfer arrangements. If you wish to purchase airfare through Road Scholar, please call (800) 241-1404. Please note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
