This was an amazing program. The perspectives I gained on contemporary and ancient Greece were priceless. And experiencing some small part of the Minoan Culture first hand was so very much different than what i learned in World History class from the seventh and eights grade. A most worthwhile trip.

The program was exactly as described in the literature, interesting, educational, and fun. The guides were knowledgeable, outgoing, and helpful. The food through was very good.

This trip was fascinating and extraordinarily well managed. The weather threw curve balls all week long and the ship’s crew and our guides dealt beautifully as they had to recraft the entire program on the fly. Wherever we went in search of a safe harbor, you might have supposed that they had lived there their whole lives and shared that familiarity with us. The ability to adapt like that is priceless.

I very much enjoyed my first Road Scholar program, though I don't think I fully understood how much education there would be. Our study leaders were the best. The boat was very comfortable. And the other participants added to the experience. Thank you.
