Under the black LOG IN button where is says: Don't have an account? Click on SIGN UP You will need to enter your First & Last Name, e-mail, and create a password. Once your registration is complete and you've set up a password, this will create your Crystal Online account. Approximately 30 days prior to departure, the system will generate an e-ticket that will be emailed and will include a page with a QR code. The e-ticket will also be available in your Crystal online account under the "Documents" page. Participants must present the QR code during check in at the ship, either printed or on their mobile device. A separate e-mail with directions on how to access Crystal's online account will be sent to all participants. In addition once you complete your online registration, you can book dining reservations at the specialty restaurants and spa and salon appointments. Please DO NOT book any Destination Experiences requests, we include all Field Trips in the program.

A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Hilton Stockholm Slussen in Stockholm

Start of Trip:  3:00 p.m. hotel check-in, 6:00 p.m. Orientation at hotel followed by Welcome Dinner

Getting to the site: Participants that have arranged their airfare through Road Scholar, and are arriving on the designated arrival date of the program will receive an arrival transfer. Please note, if you did not book your air through Road Scholar, you will NOT be able to join a transfer. Taxi's are available outside the arrival hall at Terminal 5 & 2. At both terminals you will find taxi rank officers who will be happy to assist.

Getting to the site by train or bus: Trains are available from the Stockholm airport.

Your trip ends on: Friday, August 8, 2025 in Copenhagen at Imperial Hotel

End of Trip: After breakfast; 12:00 p.m. hotel check-out

Getting to the airport: Participants that arranged their airfare through Road Scholar, and are departing on the designated departure date of the program will receive a departure transfer. Please note, if you did not book your air through Road Scholar, you will NOT be able to join a transfer. You can ask the hotel for help getting a taxi to the airport.

Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: Participants who have not purchased airfare through Road Scholar are responsible for making their own transfer arrangements to the first site at the beginning of the program, as well as from the last site at the end of the program. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details needed to make your transfer arrangements. If you wish to purchase airfare through Road Scholar, please call (800) 241-1404. Please note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
