After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Cruise Line Terms and Conditions of Carriage Adventure Canada, the cruise company we are partnering with to operate this program, requires all passengers to review and agree to their terms and conditions of carriage, which include an assumption of risk agreement, waiver of liability, and other important information regarding your rights and obligations. Participants must acknowledge their acceptance of the cruise line’s terms and conditions of carriage by signing and returning them to the cruise line prior to the program. A link to Adventure Canada’s terms and conditions of carriage will be provided to participants via e-mail directly from Adventure Canada, along with instructions on how participants are to sign and return the acknowledgement via electronic signature and delivery. Signed terms and conditions of carriage are required for participation in the program, so participants are encouraged to review them carefully and ensure they are completed, signed and returned to Adventure Canada well in advance of the program. Jacket Information and sizes can be found at the end of this packet. You should do this as soon as you receive an e-mail directly from Adventure Canada stating: Submit your traveller details and complete the Terms & Conditions for your 2025 expedition in the subject line. This e-mail should be coming from guest@adventurecanada.com . Please do not delete or ignore this e-mail. Failure to complete the online profile & Terms & Conditions could jeopardize your ability to board the ship.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Start of Trip: 4:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 7:00 p.m. Orientation & Dinner
Getting to the site: Participants that have arranged their airfare through Road Scholar, and are arriving on the designated arrival date of the program will receive a taxi voucher to get to the hotel. Taxis are available, ground transportation is located on Level 1 (Arrivals) at the airport. To get from the airport to the hotel using public transportation, take the 97 bus to the Hurdman stop. Enter Hurdman Station and board train 1 toward Tunney's Pasture. Get off at the Rideau stop and walk about three blocks southwest to the hotel.
Your trip ends on: Sunday, August 17, 2025 in Toronto at Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport
End of Trip: After breakfast; 12:00 Noon hotel check-out.
Getting to the airport: The Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto is located in the airport. Participants can walk to the airport via a climate controlled walkway in Terminal 3.
Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: Participants who have not purchased airfare through Road Scholar are responsible for making their own transfer arrangements to the first site at the beginning of the program, as well as from the last site at the end of the program. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details needed to make your transfer arrangements. If you wish to purchase airfare through Road Scholar, please call (800) 241-1404. Please note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
