After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
One or more of the meals for this program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, an online form with the meal selections may be filled out on any mobile device or computer. You can find the link for the form in the ‘Recommended Websites’ section of your pre-program information packet. The form should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please press the ‘Submit’ bottom at the bottom of the form. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “Submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. Please indicate on your Personal Information and Preferences Form if you have a roommate/traveling companion and would like to be assigned to a room with/near them.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
