After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
A picture ID (passport, state issued ID, or driver's license) will be required to board the vessel. If you prefer to have your passport with you, you are welcome to bring it. On the Personal Information and Preferences Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/traveling companion. Also let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Juneau is not accessible by road. The only way to get a vehicle to the program would be to bring one aboard the Alaska Ferry. Driving may not be a practical option.
Continental USA
This program is not accessible by car. The only way to access Juneau is via air or by ferry (Alaska Marine Highway- www.dot.state.ak.us/amhs/). The Alaska Marine Highway has sailings from Bellingham, Washington, however, it may not be a practical option. Alaska Airlines and Delta Airlines have daily flights to Juneau.
