If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Coast Canmore Hotel in Canmore, AB

Start of Trip:  4:00 p.m. hotel check-in and Program Registration; 5:45 p.m. Welcome Dinner; 7:30 p.m. Orientation.

Getting to the site: Complimentary round-trip airport transfers to get you to and from your program are included for all participants. Company of Adventurers provides one airport shuttle for the group, which leaves Calgary International Airport (YYC) at 3:30 p.m. on the day the program starts. Your registration in the program automatically confirms your reservation on the shuttle. If you are not taking the Company of Adventurers shuttle, please call or email Cassie at Company of Adventurers to cancel your automatically pre-reserved seat at 403-242-8725 or cassie@companyofadventurers.com. Please get in touch with Company of Adventurers on the day of travel if you are experiecning any delays or interuptions at 403-242-8725. Please meet at the "wild horses" statue inside the airport on the Arrivals Level of the international terminal by 3:15 pm for the shuttle service. Look for the Road Scholar sign and a team member from Company of Adventurers. This shuttle is scheduled to arrive in Canmore in time for dinner. If participants are unable to meet Company of Adventurers schedule, individuals are responsible for their own transportation arrangements to Canmore. Please see the Banff Airporter, which offers shuttle service between Calgary airport and Banff. Please see www.banffairporter.com for updates and more information. The only stop the Banff Airporter makes in Canmore is the Coast Hotel. This is the hotel you will be staying at for the duration of your trip.

Approximate arrival at Calgary Airport is between 10 - 10:30 a.m. Departure transfer only available if you travel on the end date of the program. This transfer is available to ALL enrolled participants at no extra charge. No reservations are required. Your registration in the program guarantees your seat on the group transfer.
