After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
We will be crossing the US/Canada border into Vermont - a passport is required for all travel to and from Canada - by US citizens and by Canadian citizens travelling to/from the US (by air, land and sea). This program includes a complimentary shuttle, available to all participants from the Burlington International Airport (BTV). All participants must submit a shuttle information form requesting or declining the shuttle service. <br> This program includes hiking/walking activities, Outdoor Lodge in Glen Sutton, is required by its insurance company to obtain a signed liability waiver for all clients for the hiking/walking activities. <br> The waiver and shuttle information form are included in the preparatory materials sent to participants after enrolment. If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Outdoor Lodge in Glen Sutton in Glen Sutton, QC
Start of Trip: 3:00 p.m. hotel check-in followed by Program Registration; 6:00 p.m. Welcome Dinner; 7:30 p.m. Orientation.
Getting to the site: This program includes a complimentary shuttle, available to all participants from the the Burlington International Airport (BTV) to the Lodge in Glen Sutton. This transfer is only available on the program's schedueld start date. The shuttle departs promptly at 3:30 p.m. from BTV. Please be sure that your arrival flight time will not conflict with the shuttle departure. En route flight delays are common so please be certain to allow ample time to ensure your ride on the shuttle. The shuttle departs on time. All participants must submit a shuttle information form requesting or declining the shuttle service. Please return the form no later than 21 days prior to departure by email to: sgiesler@endirect.qc.ca Or mail to: Outdoor Lodge in Glen Sutton 125 Bridge Road Sutton, QC J0E 2K0 Missed shuttles will result in a fee of $175 CND per person.

Getting to the airport: This program includes a complimentary group transfer, available to all participants from the Lodge in Glen Sutton to the Burlington International Airport (BTV) on the program's scheduled end date. The shuttle departs the Lodge after breakfast with an approximate arrival at Burlington airport at 10:00 a.m. Please make sure your departure flights are booked no earlier than 11:00 a.m.
Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: This program includes complimentary, round-trip airport transfers for all participants to get you to and from your program. Thiese transfers are available to ALL enrolled participants at no extra charge. Reservations are required. Your registration in the program guarantees your seat on the group transfers. The transfers are only available on the scheduled start/end dates. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details about the transfers. If you wish to purchase airfare through Road Scholar, please call 800-241-1404. Please Note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
