After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
YOUNG LEARNERS: Parents / legal guardians are required to complete the Parental Consent Form. PLEASE RETURN ALL FORMS IN ADVANCE OF THE PROGRAM. We will turn the forms in as a group. Our address is: Road Scholar, 11 Avenue de Lafayette, Boston, MA 02111, or submit a digital copy of the signed forms to rswestprograms@roadscholar.org. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.

The Trimet Max/Light Rail can be found on the main level, beyond the Starbucks. The Red Line departs every 15 minutes. Instructions from the Airport MAX Station: 1) Purchase one ticket for each person in your traveling party. 2) Board MAX Red Line towards City Center & Beaverton TC. 3) Exit MAX at Lloyd Center/ NE 11th Ave MAX Station. 4) The hotel is across the street and to left as you exit the train- it is approximately a 0.2 mile walk. Routes and times are updated frequently and there may be a faster or more direct route found on the website. Additionally, construction or closures may not be reflected in the directions below. Taxis are available at the airport. Exit baggage claim area on the lower level and walk to the third island (closest to the parking garage). Advance reservations are recommended for this service.
