After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Forms to Complete: 1) Parental Consent Form (one for each minor enrolled in program) 2) Pink Jeep Acknowledgement of Risk Form (one for EVERY participant) 3) Wilderness River Adventures Acknowledgement of Risk Form (one for EVERY participant) The Parental Consent Forms are found in your "My Account" page on the Road Scholar website (www.roadscholar.org). We CANNOT accept these forms onsite at the beginning of the program for any children. These forms must be submitted in advance; if possible, our office would prefer to receive these forms no later than 3 weeks prior to the program start date. For each minor enrolled, these forms must be completed by the child’s legal guardian. The Pink Jeep and Wilderness River Adventures forms are attached at the end of this information packet and are required for ALL participants, including adults. We would very much appreciate it if you could also complete these forms for each participant and submit them to our office in advance of the program start date. Having these forms completed and submitted in advance will save everyone a great deal of time and confusion at Registration and Orientation on the first evening of the program. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.
